I stand behind every feature explicitly described in the product listing. If your module isn’t delivering what’s promised, give me an opportunity to put it right. If I can’t, I’ll refund your purchase.
The guarantee covers the functionality advertised when you purchased. It does not cover an expectation of features that weren’t explicitly included in the listing—but you’re always welcome to suggest them.
Change of mind & exchanges
Modules are digital downloads. I do not offer refunds for change of mind or exchanges for non-defective modules. Refunds are available under the guarantee above when a module does not perform as explicitly described and I cannot resolve the issue. This does not affect any refund or cancellation rights you have under applicable law.
No physical return is required. Request help or a refund by emailing info@prestaheroes.com. Approved refunds go to your original payment method. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
