Logged and non-logged visitors can change their delivery country.
This does not affect existing shipping calculations, simply provides assurance their country is eligible for receiving shipping.

At this time we do not offer back office demo's for all our modules.
Language detect using browser language is PS feature, see this screen shot.
Country detect requires native PS Geo Localization is enabled. We recommend our Geo Targeting Pro module as it is much more accurate.
