No. PH Guest Delivery Assurance is not a shipping-rate module. It displays delivery destination assurance before checkout. Your existing PrestaShop shipping configuration remains responsible for final carrier availability and pricing.

At this time we do not offer back office demo's for all our modules.
Language detect using browser language is PS feature, see this screen shot.
Country detect requires native PS Geo Localization is enabled. We recommend our Geo Targeting Pro module as it is much more accurate.
